Lessons from Linus Torvalds

There were so many gems on how to start and sustain a movement in the Linux creator's autobiography. In broad terms, I found that Linus' approach to creativity and movement-building is a 3-step approach:

1. Start with yourself

2. Continue for others

3. Persist onwards together
